Yesterday Drew had his first t-ball game of the year and he did so good. We are very proud of him there weren't any tears and very good sportsmanship. Last year he would have a full on melt down if he was running after a ball and someone else got to it first. And he hits the ball great and then drops the bat and runs straight for first without any guidance. Also they don't use gloves so there is less distraction and they also use Nerf balls and bigger Nerf bats so they can sort of focus on the fundamentals without all the extra distractions such as gloves and helmets. I thought that was a great idea. Good job Drew!

Oh the memories! I can't believe it was a whole year ago that Isaac was playing in the freezing cold with Drew and Sam. Those were the days!

that is a good idea to use no gloves, nerf balls etc. to help them learn. (and how cute were their easter clothes?)
Check out that squishy ball and bat, I guess nobody will ever have to go to the er with soft stuff like that, kinda cool! How is it down there in the "valley" ? You should come up for May bunco, its next week!
