Thanksgiving Plan B

Justin and I had been planning to do Thanksgiving at Mimi's Cafe like last year but last minute (like 3:00 the day before) to do a dinner at our house with the Smith's. The best decision I ever made. The day couldn't have been better and definitely stress free!!

Between school parties, friend parties, church parties, and trick or treating the kids have had their fill of Halloween Fun!! Lovin this fall weather too!

One last Hurrah!!

This was the last Girl's Night Out for me for a while....10 months to be exact. This girl will be busy going to school at night to get my Esthetics's license.

First Day

We are closing in on the second week of school so I guess I better blog about the first day of school.

Drew started first grade and seems to be doing ok. I guess we will always deal with some sort of "impulse" problems (as his teacher puts it) But we are working on it. Heck I even have impulse problems so it may just be his curse. Drew is Drew what can I do? His teacher put it perfectly "he is just so sweet but we need to work on self control". Couldn't have said it better myself.




And Elle started Preschool this year and is absolutely loving it! She is such a pleaser and a helper and I couldn't be happier.

Home Sweet Home

Just got home from a great 10 day trip to visit our families...my camera died but here is a sneak of our family pics we had done! Lots to do now to catch up on reality!

We have another swimmer

Elle has even improved since this video was taken. She loves to jump of the diving board and back float to the side...pretty funny and impressive to watch. Sure does feel good to have 2 swimmers and not have to worry so much about them around water.

Drew Drew is 6!

Can I just say how in love I have been with this child lately. When he was 3 and I would cry everyday wondering what I was doing wrong, I thought I would never see this day. He is soo sweet, funny, and let's not forget Beautiful (or handsome he would prefer) Drew Happy Birthday I LOVE YOU soo much!!

Started the day with a movie, then swim lessons, and topped it off with a night at the play fort with a couple of friends and Happy Meals!!
