Flu Shots

I have probably gotten into a bad habit by manipulating the kids to do, or not do things according to how it will affect the baby. So them getting Flu shots was no different. They both took it like a champ, and now hopefully we will all stay healthy this coming Winter.

Date Night!

For Elle and Justin that is. I love that she has him wrapped around her little finger and as girly as she is she picked a Cardinals game to have her date with dad!

Climbing

This is Drew's first time climbing the rock wall...he said he was only going to do it 2 times....25 times later I would say he loved it! Elle's turn next!

First but certainly not the Last

First Day of 2nd Grade


And first tooth lost and it happened at school....this little boy couldn't have been more excited!


12:30 couldn't come soon enough for this girl and she loved every second of spending her afternoon with Christian and at school.

Summer in a Nutshell

Justin and I hit San Francisco and had a great time! One last trip alone before the baby comes.

We ate lots of yummy food and enjoyed the cooler weather.

Drew celebrated his 7th Birthday
With a few buddies at Jumpstreet and Chick-Fil-A


Elle perfected the arm hold out...she has become quit the little photographer!
We hit a few Diamondback games....thank heavens for an indoor stadium.
Drew took first place at his swim meet beating his previous time by 30 seconds!
Went to Sedona to jump off some cliffs and swim.


Did A LOT of hanging out!!
And went to Flagstaff to celebrate my Birthday and get my butt out of the heat for a few days!


And bring on the New school year....I am excited to be done with my school and be home for Justin and the kids in the evenings. We are working on the nursery and hoping to have that all done here soon. The countdown is on 7 or 8 more weeks before the baby is born. I can't wait for this new chapter of my life. Life is Good!

Preschool

Drew's First Swim Meet

Drew had his first swim meet. He was pretty nervous going into it and was convinced that he would come in last place.

In the end he did great and took 3rd place! He was so excited.

Over Easter Mimi and Dat came to visit. Lots of eating (of course) a few outings and Elle wanting her hair in hot rollers every day. We loved every minute of it!

...to Mother's Day.

Woke up to the sound of the vacuum cleaner running...music to this girl's ears!
Justin and the kids cleaned the entire house and then we enjoyed a yummy lunch at my favorite, Oregano's!

Being a Mom really gets better everyday! Lovin this stage of both of their lives and can't be more excited to add another sweet little spirit to our family.

Almost got a pedicure...

So glad that I didn't....because it would have been ruined.

Who knew a little four year old foot could do so much damage?!

My Soccer Superstars

First Day of Soccer and I would call it a success. They both scored goals, Elle can run and dribble the ball down the field like she has been playing for years and Drew is still competitive as ever and fine tuning his skills as well. It's gonna be a fun time, HOT but fun!

Basketball Drew

Drew just finished another season of basketball. He did great and had a lot of fun this season.

Grandma Visit

Grandma came for a visit recently and we had a great time.

Elle was shocked when she heard Grandma was coming
She picked a great weekend for weather.
We went to the park and did some fishing.


We went to the zoo. Drew was a great tour guide with the map and everybody got to see their favorite animals.
