Changed Woman
I am a changed woman, I am happier than I have been in years. I never thought I would say this but, I enjoyed the rain today. Justin and I were just talking about living here and about how we think we could live here forever. Justin said something about winter and I got a pit in my stomach and then realized we will have wonderful winters and became happy again. Love, Love this hot summer we are having. I can handle this any day over brutal winters!

That's a striking picture. I'm envious that you like hot summers. I have never been very tolerant of heat, and I wish I could handle it better. Glad you're doing so well.
The other day I was checking your blog and Daniel came up to see the pictures. He said, "Is that Drew? Did he just have a birthday? I hope it was a good one!" So, Happy Birthday to Drew from both of us. I would have commented then, but my attention was being commandeered by the boys and I had to get off the computer.
So glad you are liking it there - you get the HEAT and the rain! I miss the monsoon rains.

you serously cant beat az weather it is perfect... summers you just have to spend swimming wich is endless entertianment for the kids and i can handle a little sun bathing....glad you love the rainstorms too can you beat the smell after... love it

you are becoming an arizonan if you like the rain. and what's not to love about a 70 degree winter?
I'm so on board with you. Arizona is the place I've been the happiest, I think. I know that some of that has to do with being able to be outside all the time, some to do with good friends and so much stuff to do.
So glad you're happy and adjusting well! It is stinkin' hot, after all. :)
I have to say that I totally agree with taking the heat over the cold any day!!! I love summer!
